Botanical Garden Meise, Belgium



Belgium's oldest botanical garden is home to over 2,000 orchids. Orchids can be found around every corner here within greenhouses or the orchid garden. Be sure to visit in spring or early summer when most orchids are in season.

Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew- United Kingdom

The world's largest collection of living orchids can be found at Kew gardens- London. More than 30 orchid species are on display in the orangery and can also be viewed through orchid boards.

Singapore Botanical Gardens, Singapore




Located close to the equator, the orchids at the Singapore Botanic Gardens are specially adapted to warmer climates. Some of the orchids look unique with leaves that grow horizontally rather than vertically. During orchid season, orchid enthusiasts will have the opportunity to view orchids in all four major orchid groups, those being: Cattleyas, Cymbidiums, Dendrobiums and Vandas.

The magnificent orchids at The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens are truly one of a kind. The orchids are so unique that botanists have described them as "living jewels".

Royal Botanic Gardens, Cranbourne Gardens, Australia




The orchid collection at this Royal Botanical Garden houses more than 1,300 orchids in about 400 displays and orchid beds. Be sure to visit in July or August if you want to see orchids in bloom.

The orchids at Jardin de Ranural can be found along the paths or leading up to different parts of this beautiful garden such as waterfalls and ponds.

Orchids are the pride of this garden. Visitors will be able to see orchids in all shapes and sizes, from large orchid trees whose roots look like orchids on display, to orchids growing on tree trunks or hanging from tree branches.

Located at a 3,000 feet elevation, the orchids at Kula Botanical Garden are well known to be home to some of the most beautiful orchids in Hawaii. Be sure to visit during orchid season (May–November).

Nong Nooch Tropical Garden is home to more than 1,500 orchids. The orchids here are truly magnificent with elegant orchid ornaments, orchids that resemble birds and orchids that look very ornamental. These orchids will take your breath away with their beauty and exotic shapes. In fact, the fragrances of some orchid species are so strong you can smell them as you're walking along a path!
